1) if people are distributing remixes or releasing audio samples, they should be aware of what format they have chosen and whether it might not be harmful to the sharing culture.

2) Youtube, Netflix, and Hulu, to name a few, all have prohibitions against downloading in their Terms of Use. And I am not saying that they should not exist, merely that I'd license my own works such that they could not be hosted on such sites unless downloading of them IS permitted.

My intent is somewhat specific: I don't want my works to be exploited to promote proprietary schemes and mechanisms that restrict people from accessing it. In the same vein as the GPL family of licenses, my license would place conditions on distribution that ensure that freedom of access to further downstream recipients. If you wish not to abide the conditions, you would be free to not use my work (or you could contact me to see if other terms were available).
