Der Jan sagt das richtige, aber die Fachleute wurden wie immer nicht gefragt.

Years ago we were hopeful that the German parliament would make the switch to an open source infrastructure. They didn't. They returned to Microsoft lock-in. And now the German parliament systems are infected with a Windows Trojan they cannot control or destroy. They admitted today they don't know what it's doing and went as far as declaring the internal systems cannot be considered safe and might be happily copying secret information somewhere. While at the same time it's trying to shed light on the NSA using the German secret service to spy on companies in europe and more. Well. This could have been avoided. But they ignored the alternatives. You get what you pay for.
