Why do some keep writing "defiantly" instead of "definitely"? These are two completely different words!
Probably, they just type 'definatly' and follow the first spell-checker suggestion that pops up.
Also, some devices auto-correct; they'll replace what you typed with what they think you mean, even if you correctly spelled the word you really meant.
