There is still some work that must be done here in Brazil for Internet banking to be done entirely with free software.

A mate of mine was recently forced to use non-free software written in JavaScript in order to use the Internet baking service of Banco do Brasil. This is the situation that makes me ask myself lots of things, besides making me feel disappointed.
