Computing sovereignty of the Federative Republic of Brazil is breached, again, this time by WannaCry

Adonay Felipe Nogueira at

The computing sovereignty of the o State (Voters, Powers, and Territory) was breached, and will remain like so while there is a non-free/libre software being used by the Powers (e.g.: Windows, macOS, Android, CyanogenMod, LineageOS, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, BSD, OpenSUSE, SteamOS) or being deliered to Voters by the Powers (e.g.: programs to declare personal tax income, websites that deliver non-free/libre software automatically via JavaScript).

Seems to me incredibly unfair to put things like Debian, Fedora and other GNU/linux distributions in the same list as MSWindows or OSX, calling them non-free software.

I know all about that post, but no... Debian is certainly not "non-free", and really, it's incredibly unfair to put it in the same list as MSWindows.
