People ignored Governor Cuomo sending New York National Guard to confiscate ventilators from upstate New York to meet NYC needs.  After that mission denuding the rest of NYS to cover the five boroughs he has gotten bolder.  Rationing and prioritization in the raw was exhibited with that move.

As I have said elsewhere, all of these elected leaders need retiring after this crisis and banning from ever holding office for the rest of their lives whether appointed or elected.  Too many people are trying on the jackboots and liking how they fit.
