Metaphorically speaking, everything was on fire at work today. I was unexpectedly pulling On the Job Instructor duty today. We had interim guidelines issued if any of our field officers have a gun pulled on them again by local law enforcement & local LEOs not only refuse to accept the validity of agency credentials but also jail our agency field staff again. Authentication failures are running fast and hot to where we may need to re-think our entire customer service model as taking it online isn't going make anything better if people can't pass the questions now talking to other human beings on the telephone.

I ran out of sighing months ago and try to hold back the tears at work. There isn't a lot of success with that. I need to nod off as my morning commute starts soon and I want to think happy thoughts before I wind up crying myself to sleep again.
