Is it just me or the identi.ca site is having issues?

I found out that the network I was in was under a proxy, it was supposed to block advertisement only.
Funny that identi.ca it's been hit, maybe some shared server is used for advertisement :-3
Maybe cloudflare, used as CDN for some JS libraries.
