@joeyh , as I mentioned, this is a really interesting idea. I think you're correct that in most of these instances, Haskell code would be part of the CCS since it's the "preferred form for making modifications to" the Javascript software (among other reasons).

However, while the GPL here gets us here what we need, I don't see it as a reason not to use the AGPL in those cases anyway. Notwithstanding the "why people are confused by Affero GPL" epiphany that @Christopher Allan Webber , @Richard Fontana and I had last night.

I'm going to see what RMS thinks about that today. I bet he has some good idea.
