On my main computer, I use Gnome. On a little laptop I sometimes I use, I have XFCE. I just noticed that Inkscape on XFCE has icons in the drop down menus, but on Gnome Inkscape does not have icons in the drop down menus. The icons are a rather handy visual reminder of what different functions do. I wonder if I can get them turned on while under Gnome? Or maybe I should just use XFCE on my main computer...
