PokePalettes
I wonder how legally okay it is to use Pokemon Palettes as basis of your free software project's theme. Thoughts?
I can't think of a real route to legal trouble, but it feels easy to be unpleasantly surprised.
Alternately I might use an emacs theme as the basis.
If someone can successfully sue another person on the combination of colors used in something, then all hope is lost.
@Sean Tilley Well, there's the T-Mobil "magenta" and Pantone examples of making colors nonfree through trademark law :)
totally unworkable how can anyone do anything?
