I was just thinking about something like this. At first, one of the good uses of that is creating some form of prior art material. But then I thougt I have some things I would like to work on and other people might feel the same that maybe it could be a way of finding people to work together on those projects.
For many people, that'll be to subtle to distinguish from normal marketing ;-)
