One quirk you'll notice if you've upgraded an existing database is that any changes to formatting will only be effective for new items in the feed. Also, I realize I forgot to mention this, but for an upgraded setup, the easiest way to add titles is to edit spigot.json and set the title field for each feed.
Thank you Nathan! Yes, I have edited the spigot.json file and I added the title field to the feed block, and spigot work fine!
