I would think that being blacklisted for flying when you reside on an island is a consequence one would try best to avoid.

That got me thinking what one would have to do if they're in such a situation. My guess is that they would need to get on an international carrier then fly to Canada or Mexico and cross the border by land to resume their domestic travel.

What an expensive consequence for a temper tantrum!
