Finally got around to seeing this and amazingly, it's my first 2018 movie!

It understood it's not an action movie and kept the CG action to a minimum while focusing more on the character development, performance, and music.

Loved the underscoring to this! It maintained an African-Iike chanting soundscape then switched to American-like hip-hop and finally the typical Marvel horns come in only at the end credits. The main theme was played only by strings throughout until the end credits where a flute comes in with further chanting tying it altogether!
