I fear getting a phone call from an American doctor because of the following possible reasons:

- concerning lab results
- billing

I hate that billing is always in the back of my mind.

I remember that culture shock of learning about deductibles and co-pays when going through HR orientation.

Americans really need to see how things are in other countries...
