I don't know how this was greenlit but it's Netflix and we know they have very low standards. I was curious only because of my birthplace in the title...

The story was nonsensical, the dialogue made me cringe, there were no character or world development, the performances were sub-par, the action was not well-captured, and the visual effects were awful. Beware of the action sequences as the quick cuts and fumbling camera is quite dizzying. It was clear the editor had very little to work with.

You'll need to shut off your brain for this one with 8 Mai Tais.
