Last of my shallots, onions, tomatoes and peppers.
Thinking of chopping and frying up the green tomatoes with some of the shallots, and adding some black molasses sugar, and maybe a bit of mango chutney, to make my own chutney.

That definitely looks like chutney material. As I didn't grow tomatoes this year it's one of the few years I've not done green tomato chutney recently.
seeing that makes me feel hungry!
