I'm considering buying a Fairphone2 and install Fairphone Open on it because I've been suffering battery issues with my Samsung Galaxy S3 (with Replicant) for a long time and comfort is starting to win over Free Software advocacy. Right now I have to carry a charger with me everywhere I go and charge the S3 at least once per day.

I'd like to buy FP2 when and if the S3 stops working, but Fairphone production timeline seems to work on an scheduled organization based on the amount of customers demanding it, which I assume is good for production optimization, but it would be bad for me because unlike there's stock when my S3 breaks I would have to wait without a phone (I guess that wouldn't be as horrible as it sounds ;-))
