Algo que he estado investigando este verano ha sido el minimalismo, algo así como un movimiento que defiende que menos es más y que deberíamos usar lo esencial, algo así como la filosofía KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).

Lo que me llevó a ello fue el canal de YouTube Unconventional Living, luego he seguido mirando otros vídeos y páginas como /r/minimalism e incluso cosas como casas pequeñas llamadas Tiny houses, que son casas enanas que se pueden hasta llevar sobre ruedas y la película documental My Stuff, donde el protagonista guarda absolutamente todo en cajas en un trastero tras una ruptura con su ex-novia y se propone ir cogiendo una cosa por día durante todo el año con el apoyo de sus amigos y familiares para ver qué es lo que realmente importa en su vida, recomiendo vela.

Me he estado deshaciendo de muchas cosas y me alegra haber puesto más orden y tener menos pequeñas preocupaciones en la cabeza.

Si le echáis un ojo, decidme qué opináis sobre el tema.

EDITO: No es tanto el "vive con lo esencial", sino más bien "quita todo lo que te obstaculiza y quédate sólo con lo que te llena".

There's something that I've been investigating this summer called minimalism, which is something like a movement that defends the KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) and "less is more" philosophies.

What brought me to that was the YouTube channel Unconventional Living. Later, I've been seeing another videos and websites like /r/minimalism or even things like Tiny Houses (really small houses that can be transported on wheels) and the film My Stuff, where a Finnish guy saves absolutely everything in boxes in a rent store after a break with her ex-gf and begins a human experiment when he can take just one thing per day during a year without purchasing anything with the help of friends and familiars to see what's really important in his life. Totally recommended.

I gave up a lot of things and I'm really glad for doing it because I put more order in my life and having less silly worries in mind.
