Well, George tries to get Uncle Billy to do something useful. I agree George probably puts Uncle Billy into a position with too much authority, but keeping Billy on staff so that he can do something useful is admirable.
it's important to help people find positions where they feel useful and can do something good when they can't find that way themselves. :)
