@sazius@pump.saz.im I've never been able to.. Set up two accounts to avoid the problems of OTR. One for desktop running mcabber and one for mobile. Use remind to send alerts through mcabber to my mobile device. I've also moved to using GPG/XMPP for less sensitive stuff.. Breaks less often and works with offline messages I loose the PFS and deniability but if the NSA wants to waste their time decrypting "please get coffee" I probably won't worry too much about it.
