seems I have to slow down the booting of my Pi2 (ownCloud Server) cause it gets back up before the Wifi repeater and then takes forever to connect.

Also some weird glitch with Apache2 starting misconfigures after reboots, yet "service apache2 restart" fixes it right up.. wouldn't those the the same scripts??
