I was asked about CERN's license(s) draft.  I was not pleased about the scope of its license(s) addressed in the preface.  For me, it seemed that It only focused on mutual benefit of collaboration.

I wrote that my particular reason why I put my design free is to ensure reproducibility of my design for user's computing freedom (to protect his own privacy).

Then, its preface is now:
CERN has developed this license to promote collaboration among hardware
designers and to provide a legal tool which supports the freedom to use,
study, modify, share and distribute hardware designs and products based
on those designs.
