I was asked about CERN's license(s) draft. I was not pleased about the
scope of its license(s) addressed in the preface. For me, it seemed
that It only focused on mutual benefit of collaboration.
I wrote that my particular reason why I put my design free is to ensure reproducibility of my design for user's computing freedom (to protect his own privacy).
