@gregopet I gave up on 4.8.x and reverted 4.7.4 - reasonably happy with it
I just switched back to kmail at work - and I’ve been using kmail most of the time - even though it made me tough up my system via fetchmailI now use kmail and emacs wanderlust together, each just reading the fetchmail+procmail produced maildir.
