@jitsi@identi.ca I'd say that if a person feels themselves caught in a choice between their freedoms and the freedoms of the community, it might be time to examine their motivations.
Certainly they are free to make the choice that is right for them. But if they choose their freedoms above those of the community they must not expect the community to see it as a great and wonderful thing.
