Ah, the Chair of the IETF's NetVC working group has requested a meeting session for the group to present at the upcoming IETF meeting (March 26-31 in Chicago, IL, USA.) I plan to tune in and hear what they have to say. I expect mostly-finished stuff, since their milestone for the codec specification and reference implementation is May.
