Improve Font Rendering in Debian

I finished 2015 installing Debian Testing in my computer, and one thing I missed from Kubuntu was the look of the fonts. I searched a little and found this.

Nowadays, the file must be "fonts.conf" in ".conig/fontconfig".

The Tor project gets credit[4], but not from Citizenfour only, also from some TV mini series episode called "Crash Course: Intellectual Property: Copyright #2 (#1.3)". Now I'm curious to see that one.
