Collaborative editing rocks. I've scheduled time to try out https://code.librehq.com/qhong/crdt.el with a friend tomorrow (collaborative editing between two Emacs's, or should I say @emacsen -- hi! <wave>).
But I wish I or someone had time to implement Emacs<->Etherpad. That would be *huge*.
