The lack of any findable UI path to transfer a domain *out* of NetworkSolutions.com (@NetSolCares) is offensive-bordering-on-criminal. If you literally make it impossible for users to find a feature that they are entitled to, you're cheating them. Well, stop cheating me, you cheating cheaters!
Hint: it's not on the "Domain Transfers" page, which one gets to from the menu item of that name in the "Domains" nav bar menu.
That's right: outbound transfer is not found under "Domain Transfers".
