Grammatically, it would make a lot of sense to say "She would like a couple more of cookies." But instead we say "She would like a couple of more cookies." (Or some omit the "of" entirely when using "couple", but that's even odder.)

I'm not English-native, but I'd probably say "She would like a couple of cookies more". Is that not correct?


(Also your first version without the "of", which I've heard a lot)
