It would be a great report if only it didn't consistently imply that the entire purpose of the FLO digital infrastructure is the continued development of proprietary technology for end-users. Any naive reader would clearly come away thinking that all will be right with the funding of the tech world as long as the frameworks and security systems are well supported while all the downstream products remain full of ad-tracking and proprietary restrictions.
