Why a basic income money is a full refutation of “inflation” concept ?

Because, imagine there is Basic Income = 0,0001% of money (M), then there is money = 1000 000 basic incomes, always, and so if you count the prices in “number of basic incomes” there will never have any inflation, because money will still be 1000 000 basic incomes, no more, no less.
