I've used Jitsi, installed in our desktops, and other times meet.jit.si from the (Chrome/Chromium) web browser.

Most of the problems were due to weak network connection, so it would have failed in others too.

Other problem was to get 'somebody' to configure mic and webcam in jitsi. But once this is done, no problem (or if it was a problem, we switched to meet.jit.si).
