That's part of why we the current Qt maintainers are declining to package it :)
@lisandropm@identi.ca packaging qwebengine looks like either a team of part time volunteers or a full time employee

I don't think that much, but it will require time for sure.
Maybe it'll just take someone whose not super busy with a toddler. ;)
