Oh yeah, I accidentally wrote a CI system. It can now build Debian packages for me. Releases should start happening in the coming week again.

Wow. There are so many CI systems in this world already. Do we really need another one? Jenkins may deserve some criticism, but there are others with a different focus.
I don't know if we needed one. I needed one. All the ones I looked at were icky.
For my simple needs, a couple of hundred lines of Python was all that it took.
Most of the rest of the work was about building Debian packages cleanly, and I would've had to do that anyway.

In any case, heatwaves like this are well-known to cause people become knights who say NIH. That's my excuse and you can't blame me.

What is so bad about buildbot, other than its dependency on twisted? And that might go with Python 3…
