I think it would be nice if Statusnet had more instances w/ attractive looking canonical Statusnet UI themes. @jpope's Statusnet theme was very attractive, I hope it's not lost. And Rainbowdash.net has a very attractive Pony theme with configurable profile page design. This might be a way to get newcomers not all choosing Quitter
