want to see some of the fosdem vids .

but they are all huge .. are there smaller lo-res versions?

(would stlll nead reasonably good audio obviously as the most important part is to be able to hear what they are saying)

also what player to use for webm?

(sometime can't get them to play in xine or vlc - do I need codecs? if so what and where?)

I don't want to be forced to use a browser to view - last time I did that it corrupted the file I was viewing!

the mp4 versions usually play fine on all the players but they are a lot bigger and take somewhat longer to download. (and adsl2 used to seem so fast :-)

also i should add that I want to view them offline .. streaming anything is too unreliable here.
