No, it was a comment on a note. As I understand things, there is a bug where comments on comments do not come through in some combination of clients. [that's a fairly serious bug, no?]
What note? Was it public?
comments to comments aren't a client/server bug per se. from what I recall, it's not well defined in the protocol specification, so some clients support it and some do not.
