After spending weeks shouting into the void that is O365's spam filter,
I've given up sending emails directly from my self hosted server, and
opted to use a big name SMTP relay.
It is now slightly less of a crapshoot if people get my emails.
Aaaah, Microsoft really loves openness, standards and fair play 😆
