Got my first GDPR Subject Access Request. Annoyingly its from a group
"testing the <GDPR> information process", and includes a tracking
pixel in the email and a link to sign up to their mailing list.
Spamming like this just pisses off people, and doesn't "raise awareness".

They are "legit" in the sense they were wanting to study GDPR replies, but their method looked like a spam/phishing attempt.
