This new friend followed me all the way back to the ranch (6.2 miles for me, not quite double for dog).

Cool that your neighborhood doggies seem to all be friendly, not territorial or vicious. Also: 6.2 miles ... I need to turn up the volume. I'm lucky to go 1-2 miles at a time recently.
Not all the dogs are so friendly, but I'm not taking pictures of those. ;-) Wish it were my neighborhood. Been at a fitness retreat ("fat camp" as I'm calling it) for three weeks, going home tomorrow and back to work Monday. Gotta figure out how to keep this going.
