That looks like good stuff. I cannot write with distractions so my coffee shop trick is (was ☹ ) to draft longhand. But things never then got typed up and published; which is another way of avoidng the "who're you writing this for?" question :|
The real reason I'm writing is me; I just choose someone to think of as my audience -- whether or not they'll ever see my words! -- because it helps me do what I wanted to have done. Might that help you get back on the writing wagon?
