This seems like only useable by humans. Right now, my prototype rely on archives.org dumps, later I'd like to use the [StackExchange API](http://api.stackexchange.com/docs/) to keep the database up-to-date. The problem is that both API and web interface throttling is very high so I need to use the archives.org dump to make it pratical.
