I was amused as the name of the snack shop 開源社 being identical to that of an open source community in China (written as 开源社 in Simplified Chinese). 開源社 means literally "open source society".
Later on I realize the snack shop is part of a chain store branding itself as 開源社. They probably use the term 開源 for the meaning "to broaden the sources of income"
(by the way, the site above was built by Audray Tang before she became the digital minister of Taiwan).
I also sent the photo to my friend who helped start 开源社 in China:
香味豆腐 (Fragrance Tofu) will be very nice indeed. You may also like 臭豆腐 (Stinky Tofu).
