FWIW in the meantime, I have removed all nameless groups.

No opt out procedure right now, some clients can filter, 1.1.x will most likely contain ways to filter your timelines.

depends on the server, send an email to http://ur1.ca/1q4bo with the ip and I'll take a look. Many were intentionally banned.
