The U.S. government is scrambling to assess the impact of a breach involving the agency that handles security clearances and employee data.
$EMPLOYER notified its employees just a few minutes ago that personal data for $AGENCY employees may have been leaked in the OPM breach.

Scrambling? IIRC this happened months ago. The bigger question is why they're pushing the story now.
