Fire them all.
It is bad enough that I am having to figure out the logistics of beginning municipal recall against at least two officials in my city as we’re accelerating towards it going bankrupt. I kinda like having policing as well as firefighting services and a bankrupt city right now would leave me with very little. Gathering signatures during the lockdown is going to be complicated, I think.

Ugh, yikes -- you have my sympathies. I have no idea how to gather signatures for a recall while also trying to shelter in place :-(.
