Found this insect in my shirt ~6 hours after hiking today at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Should I worry?

Found this insect in my shirt ~6 hours after hiking today at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Should I worry?

Am told this is a ladybug. Am embarrassed -- had thought "it looks like a ladybug but I thought those were far redder."
I think you'd only need to worry if you were an Aphid :)
