Today's speaker keeps saying he, he, he.  All the roles are populated by men in his examples.  I know it's harder to get it right when speaking than writing, but it is SO annoying to be disappeared like this.  I exist.  I am not "guys", I am not "he".  It makes me discount the rest of what he's saying.  Poor messaging.
